It would make sense for at least one other MB team to declare AAA next year, as all they have to do is won one best-of-5 series vs SK champ, and they get an invite to the dance. Maybe even a free pass if a 2nd maritimes team does not declare Jim, curious why you think a 2nd Maritimes team would impact the West representative (MB/Sk)? The Atlantic region only gets to send one team. So, if New Brunswick declares again, they would face Grand Falls (NFLD) in a series to represent the Atlantic region. Grand Falls does not gain entry to the Allan Cup if there are any other AAA in the Maritimes. Two teams wouldn't come from the Atlantic region next year. They (West) would get a free ride if Quebec does not send a team. It would mean Southeast is in as host, and two other teams from MB/SK would get in. One represents the West and the 2nd team takes Quebec's spot. Teams from the Pacific, Ontario and Atlantic regions would round out the 6 team tourny. That is how I believe it would shake out.

Really shocking to me that with how hockey crazy they are in Quebec that no senior teams would try to compete for the Allan Cup there.

In a local newspaper article Lameque(NB) said they loved their experience and would love to participate in future Allan Cups. They even went further saying they would love to host the tournament someday. I know most of you guys think theyre a joke but at least they showed up and did decent for a senior A team.

AGREED THAT LAMEQUE DID DECENT FOR THEIR FIRST TRIP. YOU CAN BE IN IT AGAIN IN 2016, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS BEAT THE NFLD REP. SINCE THEY KNOW ALREADY WHOS IN FOR 2016 YOU CAN PLAY THEM NOW I GUESS!! THEN HAVE 11 MONTHS PREP TIME. LAST I HEARD THERE WERE RUMORS THEY WERE POUTING AND NOT DOING ALLAN CUPS ANYMORE!!! SO YOU MAY GET A FREE ENTRY AS EAST COAST REP??! SEE YOU IN STEINBACH

So I take it there won't be anymore new teams in the ACH next year since the blast already selling season tickets only get 12 home game tickets

So I take it there won't be anymore new teams in the ACH next year since the blast already selling season tickets only get 12 home game tickets I don't think a 24 game (12 home game) schedule in itself necessarily says one way or the other about possible new teams. This past season with 5 teams (Welland out) each team played 12 home games, and the year before with 6 teams (Welland in) each team also played 12 home games.
