So they don't have much chance against grand falls then.

Glad to see the games will be live on the webcast. I've watched a few this season. Thoroughly enjoyed them. Love those announcers. Thanks cowbellgal. Appreciate the support during last season's Allan Cup in Clarenville as well. We've offered to provide the same coverage in Steinbach if the Cataracts get there. Hopefully we'll get that opportunity.

Rumour is that the Allan Cup will be played in the city of Buctouche (they do have a team) and teams will be staying in Moncton (25 mins away). As for restrictions and "all-star" team to represent New Brunswick that is still being discussed as league rules only allow for 4 players on each team who have played Major Junior or Pro hockey. This really limits the quality of hockey being played, however for the Allan Cup I am hoping that they erase this rule and allow them to generate a competitive team.

that is a league, not a HC Canada rule
What hockey Canada can, and probably WILL, but should not do is allow them to draw players a AP's (like 10 of them) from every other team in the league, like Nfld are allowed to do.
