Stoney Creek informed me on a direct twitter message that they are playing otherwise as you said they have been extremely quiet on social media
Elispogtog has missed the AAA registratration
It appears that Brantford is the holdup in Ontario
The Canadian Senior Chair normally issues the list of AAA teams sometime after Aug 1 but the position has been eliminated and I dont have a clue who is running things

Could all four Alberta teams get in (with West and Central qualifiers)?
Or have three Pacific (Lacombe and Alberta finalists), two West (Rosetown and Manitoba Champ), and Central (ACH champ)
Or have two Pacific (Lacombe and Alberta champ) two West (Rosetown and Manitoba Champ), and two Central (both ACH finalist).
Or have three Pacific (Lacombe and Alberta finalists), one West (Sask/Man champion), and two Central (both ACH finalist). (fairest in my book, teams playing in AAA leagues have best shot of qualifying and no free rides, except for host) Have Manitoba and Saskatchewan play a three team round robin for berth with the team winning the Manitoba game (IDC/SEPT) on the first night being crowned Manitoba champions.

Assuming that there is no Atlantic Canada I would think it would be Ontario Manitoba Saskatchewan Alberta Host and Kelowna which would save money eliminating any inter branch travel
If you want to eliminate the free rides then have Sask playoff against Manitoba and assuming the host Lacombe is one of the top two teams in Alberta then have the third place Alberta team playoff against Kelowna in the McKenzie Cup
