Any word on where the 2020 Allan Cup is going to be held? I know Stoney Creek had initially expressed interest in hosting, but not sure if that's still the case. Article

ArticleNo offense to anyone but that arena has lousy sightlines. Only place you can see the game with no obstructions is the standing room on the opposite side of the seats. You can sit in Don Cherry's by the windows but you still have to kind of lean out a bit to see the goal by there fully.

Will be Dundas / Hamilton co host. Don’t think Whitby or Stoney Creek even bid to host.

Up to Hockey Canada. But from what I heard last week it is the only bid submitted from Ontario.
Will they accept a dual city bid? Time will tell.
With the fiasco out west - Rosetown gets swept in their semi final 3 games to zero but a few days later they are told they get a free ticket into the Allan Cup, then I guess it’s no worse to have two teams in Ontario next year automatically in the Allan Cup. The worst part of it is that likely the best two teams next year will be Stoney Creek and Branford (when they relaunch their team) but Hamilton and Dundas will get automatic entry.

Should add though that I am sure that Dundas will build a team that resembles the 2014 Allan Cup team. With their games back in the small ice surface at Market Street Arena, I’m sure Donny will build a great tram

I hope they put off as good show as Red Deer where they used the Red Deer arena, entertainment every night and lots of food and drinks. Looking forward to the trip even without a NL team. Another story there....see ya in Lacombe in Apr..Hope it warms up a little

There is a possibility of a Quebec team next year Would that be from one of the teams out of the new league which formed this year? I know they expressed interest in competing for the Allan Cup once they get more established. Outaouais Senior A Hockey League

Outaouais Senior A Hockey LeagueYes I believe it was from that League What would be more interesting is that if Cornwall in that league went AAA I assume that Cornwall then would represent Ottawa and District and there would have to be playoff against ACH Lets make it more interesting and have Kenora come back as well

I read that teams from Pontiac, Hull, Gatineau and Papineau Counties are under HEO's jurisdiction.

Several of the teams are close to the Ontario Border but have no idea whether they are in Hockey Eastern Ontario Jurisdiction Just guessing but if they are HEO then I would think they are on Ontario playoffs Outaouais Senior Hockey League Teams lhsao.ca/nos-equipes/
