Regals played a very strong veteran type game and could have very well made it to double figures if it was not for crossbars and missed open nets. Eagles starting goaltender had a rough night but his replacement made many good saves. Eagles are a very fast young team that just stepped off the bus to play. This series very well could go the distance. Great senior hockey

Thanks for the gamesheets> looks like SP ran out of gas on day one. The travel might have had something to do with that!! Should be a different game tonight. 300 in the rink? Is that a true figure? Where are the PR fans?

Where are the PR fans? "300 in the rink" is only as accurate as the PR people recorded on the sheet so one would assume it's reasonably accurate. And if it's accurate good luck to them paying expenses for Stonys trip. If having to guarantee a $1000 50/50 and discount ticket prices are the order of the day to attract fans, it's looking like a sad commentary on the state of fans for Senior Hockey in PR, especially considering it's the MC. Hope the sponsors have got deep pockets

300 won't make it happen in any Rink in AAA. Their is only two big games in town so I would have thought 1000 plus would have been the norm in that town. Maybe the weekend will show Powells real colors. We need to update payments anyway as these teams should hAVE TO USE AIR for anything over 5-7 hrs. of Bus travel. We talked about this 15 yrs. ago and still no movment. One day, one day?

Was PR really that much better than SP? or is it the travel and first game gitters. Game two should tell the story.
