How was game 1 last nite between the Generals vs Chiefs? Was it a good game or did the Generals dominate much as the score dictates?

"...Graduation is only a few days away, and the recruits of Platoon 3092 are salty. They are ready to eat their own guts and ask for seconds. The drill instructors are proud to see that we are growing beyond their control. The Marine Corps does not want robots. The Marine Corps wants killers. The Marine Corps wants to build indestructible men, men without fear."

The Chiefs did a lot of hacking last night. They want to take a pound of flesh.
To be honest, I don't know if the Gens were being disciplined or disinterested last night.
This team doesn't look to light up 7 ot 8 goals in a game.
But...Scotty Galenza's GAA is virtually undetectable on a breathalyzer.
Defence is the difference.

The Army prevails in game 2: 5-3. Scoreless after a period. Hell broke loose in the 2nd as the Chiefs invented new methods of high speed collisions. They took blatant, terrible PIMS amd in the calamity they also took (another) pound of flesh. However, they didn't take the win. It was 3-3 after 40. Enter: Derek Pess. The Chiefs resident enforcer and a half assed decent defenceman. Pess, pushed the envelope too far in the 3rd period when he levied a 2 handed hack on Paul Cabana and was pinned to the penalty box when Travis Brigley backhanded in the GWG. Scripture says: 'The meek shall inherit the earth.' Hockey... is godless...apparently.

I did'nt see anybody say they were ronrlee...were you there? Unless you were maybe it's better to be quiet and be considered a fool instead of saying something stupid and proving you are.

The Chiefs would be the first to admit they took too many PIMS to give themselves a good chance at winning any games in this series so far.
They were the most penalized team in our league all season long. Its been a problem for them in the past as well.
I expected this series to have a nasty edge and its exactly the way its turned out.
Don't get me wrong....Bentley brings a certain amount of it on themselves and they aren't going out there trying to win the Lady Byng by any means.
That being said....they've got a wealth of experience and maturity. Its a big advantadge over Fort, IMO.

Nothing wrong with a little bit of nastiness between teams

The nastiness is done.
The Gens took game 4: 12-2 in the JRC tonight.
4 straight games.
