Hurry up and wait on everything. Boy do I really miss Doug when it comes to information on all of this.
Stony Plain isn't listing a schedule at all yet and Innisfail doesn't list any exhibition games at all on their schedule.
Looks like Manitoba will likely be a no as the Carillion Senior League is not playing this year and they usually provide players for IDC, Ste. Anne, and SEPT. But then again they may be able to put together a a team (but the league cancelled due to restrictions and a lack of players).
The chat board for Saskatchewan senior hockey doesn't even mention Senior AAA for this year.
BC is pretty restrictive with the pandemic going on so they are doubtful. None of the teams in either the North Peace or Central Interior leagues have mentioned Allan Cup for this year on social media.
Bouctouche and Elsipogtog are also back this year in a three team league they could be another possibility for a team or two more in qualifying. Both are in the same league. Haut-Madawaska is in a different league. Could possibly be a two team final to determine the provincial and regional representative.
Quebec senior hockey is getting stronger; but, with no one playing last year its unlikely anyone will try to qualify this year. They do have a league called the Quebec Senior AAA Hockey League but hopefully in the next year or two they will have at least a team or two trying to qualify for Allan Cup play.
Newfoundland is getting back together but they have deeper problems that may have leagues and teams looking at the good of the sport in the province over their own interests as this has just about killed the senior level of play in the province.
The ironic part is the only league at the senior level that completed a full season and playoffs last year was the Rankin Inlet Senior Hockey League in Nunavut.
Allan Cup could be Dundas, Hamilton, Brantford/Caledon winner, Innisfail, and two of teams from New Brunswick. Looking at this I am surprised that a Quebec team or two doesn't declare AAA and get an automatic spot in the tournament especially with it being held only a few hours away.
