This ain't regular season, how many points did foster put up against rosetown? Compare that to how many stupid penalties he took, not many hits either. He could be a dominant player but he did not prove it against rosetown.Quit living in the past with scott hood. Yes he was a good player, but not any more

Yes he was a good player, but not any more Based on your assesment then Clayton should have been tossed in the regular season for being the second highest penalty taker in the regular season. 50% or more than Foster. It's hockey, sometimes shit happens. One series or a set of 3 games does not define a players worth or talent. None of these boys play hockey for a living and have personal lives and jobs that can at times effect their play so I, for one, learned a long time ago that many top Senior players don't always deliver as "YOU" think they should. As for Scott Hood, just let me know and I'm confident the SLA or Gens would look after him in a heartbeat. (Foster too!!!!)

Thats the thing with Fozzie. He can play like a house on fire one game and then you don't notice him the next game.
His shot is always dangerous and even if he's in cruise mode he could score on any given moment.
Hood has not been a lethal scorer for a few years now. Some of this has to do with him not being used in any scoring roles. As the teams he's been part of have better goalscorers than he is at this point in his career...he gets less ice time now.
As a checker & a grinder...he's an underrated weapon.
Watch him close(r) and you will notice a player who makes some of the quickest/cleanest stick checks you will ever see. He is a very difficult player to beat in either end zone and his smarts are second to none.
Of course...Hakan Loob wouldn't know jack shit about "checking".

how r your gens wade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! better start to worry about next year Meh. All the best hockey of this year is yet to be played. And I will be in Lloyd. enjoying as a neutral observer. And yes, Hakan, good pick up by you...noting that for the first time since 2006...the Bentley Generals won't be in the final four... If your trying to take shots at me...I suggest you get a little closer to the net. Your not a threat from distance. ChickenSwede.

So whats the answer, are Staniforth and the AC back behind the bench for the Allan Cup?
Having seen Lloyd, Rosetown, Balgonie, and South East play this season I'm going to make my prediction on one of these four winning the Allan Cup. The problem with Lloyd compared to the other three teams is they are not putting the best product on the ice whenever possible. It makes me laugh when people talk about the local guys in lloyd not playing because of the guys they brought in, grow up it's not minor hockey. If your going to lose... lose with the best team possible and lloyd did that in game 3 of the rosetown series. Going forward I think Lloyd should put the lines in a blender and try something different. Put players in situations where they can succeed, the best pure goal scorers they have are arguably Starr, and DaSilva put them with Clayton his numbers in the CHL speak for themselves. Very similar line to the Jagow, Hunter, Smith line in Rosetown. Put the BIG boys together in Foster, Seitsonen, and Cruikshank. Try Allen, Sim, Phillips. As for the fourth use the young guys in one game Foster, McAllister, Creasy then in the second game use Hood, Dougan, Dubyk. After this play the best lineup you can. Would love to see Lloyd and South East in the final if I can make. Is TSN broadcasting the Final???

TSN has a new 5 year deal, I was told at the AC in Kenora, so yes they will be broadcasting. The shitty thing is, it's usually on a 4 hour delay so the fans at home already know the outcome long before the broadcast.

Unless of course you don't go on computer or anything and wait for the game to come on TSN..

Last year they blocked it (I am told, can't say for sure, was at the game) although the other service (can't remember the name) live streams all but the final games.
