My opinion counts for s#!+. Anyways, yes the MLH final series went a surprising 7 game which ended last Thursday. In hindsight, maybe poor planning by Dundas and |Norwood. That said yes 12 skaters is disappointing but nothing really counts til Thursday except for something called the Big MO. OHF teams have no affiliates to rely on based upon current state of SR hockey in OHA. Is what it is. Getting time off on such short notice is Difficult.. it is that simple. Thanks to all players across Canada who make the sacrifice to chase a National championship. Tom Orillia Tundras Always a class act ... thanks Tom. Hope to see Orillia in the big show in the next few years!

dundas 3 losses in 4 games and not a full bench for any of them. pretty poor showing, again, for MLH.

well, based on the results, it isn't full!
still not a full roster, ron...not even close...every other team brings 25 guys.
NO excuse for not having 20 guys on the sheet each night.

ron...the caps lock, dude!
you're telling me Donnie can't even find 20 guys to suit up? That's really sad if that's the case. Maybe instead of wasting 3 cards on ex-pros who were never going to show, and cutting a bunch of guys who played early on, you avoid that problem.
Hey, I've seen it first hand...that's the problem with guys getting paid vs playing for the love of the game...guys who want to play, will show up no matter what...guys who only play for the cheque are not always reliable...we had that problem in Cambridge every year.

Getting paid??? Whaa whaa whaaat!! Everybody plays for the love of the game. What i don't understand is why play so hard to win the league if you know you are not going to be able to fight for the cup when you get there. Don't get it. Do some of these guys need a paid trip away from home that bad? When Dundas beat Norwood out Don said after he didn't think he had the team to win it. Well he was right....i guess. We knew the Kuwabaras and Walkers, etc, were just publicity signings and i agree, keep the guys that skated in the trenches all year long and at least you have a bit of depth. Norwood would have so loved to have had the opportunity to represent the MLH , We had 22 guys ready , willing and able to compete at the tournament. So friggin close.
