In a round robin game, intended to determine home ice rights for a forthcoming playoff series, Mantitoba Lightning thumped defending national champion SEPT; 6-1 last night in Morden.

I've been searching for some Intel on these MB teams...seen a handful of confirmed names and a couple unconfirmed..:.
I think...maybe...former CGY Flames prospect goalie, Brent Krahn is playing for Manitoba Lightning.

lightning hava a decent core of locals , fehr and lewadniak, could be very competitive if they can add a couple former pro guys. With Manitoba hosting the national championship you would think there would be something on the website.

Wasn't a round Robin game. Strictly exhibition. And the Thunder might have had half their team there. And the goaltender in question is Matt Krahn.

I will try to post an accurate Thunder roster once I can confirm it. I know they've made a couple of nice additions which I believe will keep them very competitive.

The SEMHL website says it was a round robin game. That's where I got that info.
Mibad on the wrong Krahn. Upon further research...there are 3 Krahns. Too bad two of them are goalies. We could have out them on a line together and called it "The Triple Krahn Line". Unfortunately they're not quite in Krahnological order though.

Apparently the game was not as exhibition in nature as I thought. It matters for the Lightning as far as determining home ice against IDC. Didn't have all my facts. Apologies.
