Are there any events planned during the Week? This will be my 4th Allan cup and i have to say the best one for entertainment was in Lloydminster. Great set up out side where you could watch the games on a big screen, Bar all set up and a BBQ. They Also had a Meet and greet for all teams and anyone who bought tickets to go. Wicket meal and Guest speakers Brett Hull and Kelly Chase...I would pay again to listen to Kelly tell stories of being on the road as an NHL'er

Will be attending from NL, would like to know what entertainment is in store, or are we on our own to find a good time?

Depending on the type of entertainment youre looking for, you will probably have to go to Moncton which is roughly 30 minutes away. Best bet would be to get a hotel in Moncton anyways, more options throughout the day and night after the games are finished. There isnt much to do in Bouctouche other than watch hockey and go to Dixie Lee around the corner.

I am wondering if the host committee has anything planned for the week? It's nice to experience to the whole Allan cup experience, not just the hockey.

the organizing committee is working on entertainment for the week. We might not have some every night but probably for Thursday and Friday evenings. More info will be available soon.

From my knowledge the only entertainment is the games itself. I was hoping for live music outside the rink or even a place where players go after games to sign autographs or something for the kids.

Most places have a Beer/BBQ tent set up out side the arena with some music ETC. it does add to the Atmosphere of the whole event.

I wouldnt get your hopes up for anything like that. But I agree it would be nice to have and give ppl reason to stay around the rink in between games.
