He was nothing more than a side show in the NHL...at 45, he has zero left to offer as a SR AAA player. Tough as nails, and elite enforcer, but adds zero value in a pursuit for the AC.

He may draw a larger crowd. Some fans love to see former NHL players play against AAA players. If he does play I think he we add something to the series.

Agreed! Will bring in fans but do zero for the team. I will gladly watch them if he plays.

Very sad if that's the best they come up with.

Very sad indeed Lamèque are gonna get creamed in this tournament. They put together a so called All Star team according to their fans anyway. Its a joke they got two guys who played in a senior C league this year, a couple of guys who played in a senior B league and the rest played in their league the NESHL senior A. Oh yeah and the icing on the cake they officially signed Donald Brashear a washed up 45 year old ex NHL'er who couldn't keep up in the LNAH Quebec semi pro a couple years back. The host team Bouctouche should be better than those clowns Lamèque but then again their big signing is Aaron Asham.
