3-1 Start of the 3rd, looks like Stony has spent most of the game on the PP so far.

Looks like Weslosky came to life and shut the door on the Stony shoorts. Once "AGAIN" HL is outshot but not outscored and "AGAIN" HL specialty teams score 2/5 PP but Stony draws 0/6 PP. With a 4-1 score it was specialty teams on HL for PP and PK winning the day.

H.L played good in their dzone "again" H.L played with discipline "again". H.L domantated that game, if wasn't for some outstanding saves from Stoney goalie the game coulda been closer to 10-1. Once "again" shots mean nothing.. Weslosky played like he can,HL defense played great and the HL forwards out chanced theirs 2-1 maybe 3.. Looking forward to game 6, i think horse lake has another gear and tomorrow would be the time for it.

Haven't seen HLake since their Allan Cup run when arguably they had the best talent but very little discipline and lost because of that. HLake still had a couple nasty hits and was mildy surprised at no 5 minutes majors for boarding. They are a real treat to watch in the offensive zone. Based on my one game sample, they are the better team. Stony goaltending resembled the Maple Leafs, couple great saves and then a softie. Great entertainment for $10, was surprised the arena wasnt full.

If your "Nasty Hits" refer to Stony doing the hitting and HL being the recipient, it is no surprise that the refereeing failed to call the hits. The refing corps has consistently failed to called boarding and hitting from behind all year or hits to the head. Game 5 against SLA was won with 2 SLA players in the hospital, one taken by ambulance and no calls from the ref from either incident. The overtime winner being a clear hit from behind and the player out on the ice. From what I have seen, the Stony refs have been the loosest callers of the cheap shots as compared to elsewhere in the league.
