If were ready to yield to the temptation of assumption/prediction........
Is it...or...is it not....looking like....
Clarenville vs Rosetown
And

I very rarely attempt a guess this early but I will go with Clarenville having a good game today and taking over from Bentley as the top seed in the tournament
For the quarter finals I will go with Kenora and Rosetown coming throught to the semi finals which would mean that both teams are from the same division so it goes highest seed vs lowest which would make it Clarenville Kenora in the Semi and Bentley Rosetown in the other Everything all dependent on how Clarenville makes out today and it is possible the entire tournament pairings are all a result of that five minute major yesterday

But...for what its worth...I have a hard time seeing Kenora getting through quarter-finals. That would require a win while playin their 3rd game in as many days. Obviously this detail would be moot if their opponent is dealing with the same situation...but...I don't see how that scenario can (realisitcally) happen at this point, can it? I think...Stony & Kenora will meet in the semi finals and Im taking Stonyburgh if thats how it lines up. And then....were back to a pure cross over in the semi-final.

Or maybe this is the more likely scenario: 3rd in Div1 plays 2nd in Div2: Rosetown vs Stony Kenora vs FSJ Quarter-Final match ups. Maybe.

Yes, that is the way I was going with Kenora and Rosetown going through to Semi Finals My mistake was Clarenville not scoring enough goals today to become the number one seed thus forcing Bentley to play Rosetown in the Semi Finals Stony was only one goal away fr. om finishing first when they had the two goal lead Interesting that Stony could win by a three goal differential of 3 as long as the score was 6-3 or less

Pretty sure no way Rosetown and Bentley can meet in semi. Aside from being in the same pool, they also hold the best GF/GA ratio in the tourney

You are right that they can not meet now but before wed game Clarenville had a very good chance of taking top seed by beating Stony Plain by a few goals in a low scoring game Clarenville was sitting at .750 to Bentley's .77778 and had a very good chance of taking top spot and avoiding a possible date with the Red Wings in the semi's

Of the 4 quarter-finalists...Rosetown is the only one that Bentley will NOT play in the semi-finals.

I think we are looking at a Bentley vs Rosetown final.

If Rosetown wins tonight Bentley plays Kenora and Rosetown vs Clarenville
If Stony Plain wins it will be Bentley vs Stony Plain and Kenora vs Clarenville
