Always the same advantage for the home team each year If you look over the past Cups Lacombe has had a high number of Tues Wed Round Robins which means you must win the division to get the thursday off and have a chance at the Cup
No Tues Wed team has won the Cup without winning the divison

The final against Lacombe will be a short series possibly one or two games so Lacombe gets a chance at a provincial championship and a couple warm up games for the Allan Cup The Hardship could possibley be more for the Stony Plain Innisfail winner especially if the series goes the limit
In the past they did combine the league and provincial playoffs but other years they had to be separate when Alberta teams outside the league such as Horse Lake entered the Provincials

Yes I believe it was from that League What would be more interesting is that if Cornwall in that league went AAA I assume that Cornwall then would represent Ottawa and District and there would have to be playoff against ACH Lets make it more interesting and have Kenora come back as well Would any team from that league be in Hockey Eastern Ontario's (formerly the ODHA) jurisdiction or just the Ontario based ones?? I read that teams from Pontiac, Hull, Gatineau and Papineau Counties are under HEO's jurisdiction.
Several of the teams are close to the Ontario Border but have no idea whether they are in Hockey Eastern Ontario Jurisdiction Just guessing but if they are HEO then I would think they are on Ontario playoffs Outaouais Senior Hockey League Teams lhsao.ca/nos-equipes/

There is a possibility of a Quebec team next year Would that be from one of the teams out of the new league which formed this year? I know they expressed interest in competing for the Allan Cup once they get more established.
