Who has to make the call/protest/hero move and when? By the games end? Does it have to be a G.M or Coach from the Stoney Plain Eagles?? Or some Random guy like yourself hockeypops?

Sorry I missed your question but the call is up to the team to make. Anyone can bring it to their attention but it's up to the team to generate the protest, in this case the Stony Plain Eagles. A generally accepted rule of thumb for this type of illegal player protest is, a protest must occur before the completion of the series for any awarding or overturning of a game score or series. That is my understanding of this situation in playoffs. Regular season is almost the same as any protest must occur prior to seasons end and playoffs commencing but no one team is obligated to generate a protest as it can come from within the league office such as the the NPHL or Chinook League. It would then be up to the league President or board members to request the removal of points etc. and up to HA to hand out any suspensions.
