Still bogus. They played for a Alberta title in a Alberta league under Alberta rules and got away with cheating. Breaking the rules. If a team from Japan comes to play they don't bring there own rules to Alberta. They play under Alberta rules. If they karate kick someone on the ice and say its ok to do that in Japan does it go unpunished. I don't think so. It's in Alberta under Alberta rules. So LBK should b punished the same way HL is being punished. Take there games and coach away. It's the same dam thing. Or if they get a warning or fine or whatever give the same punishment to HL. Leave it on the rink right wade. Not quite an accurate quote. It should say; They played for an Alberta title in an Alberta league under Hockey Canada rules and got away with cheating because their governing body refuses to enforce the Hockey Canada standards. And yes LBK should be punished the same as HL BUT all teams are governed by the province they are registered in. Sorry but FSJ could have a different punishment if the HBC Senior Council member chose to impose a different standard. To be clear "I'm on your side" and don't like the HS lack of response to the LBK situation. It's bad for all Senior Hockey to have such a situation virtually ignored.

so HC can have no say, or take no action in this situation? Even when THEY control the Allan Cup tournament?
Not saying I know, just curious if they can be involved, above the governing provincial bodies?

Not saying I know, just curious if they can be involved, above the governing provincial bodies? Yes HC can have a say but as yet, to my understanding, it has not been reported to HC and if things do not travel through proper channels, it gets ignored. Rest assured there are things being worked on, but at this point it's HS politics getting in the way.
