Svendin has looked much better this year then he did last year in my opinion except for his game this past weekend. So far his stats are better then Brown's. Brown hasn't played in 2 months so he's got to be out with an injury or maybe playing elsewhere by now.

I've only been to one game this year in Stoney Creek but couple hundred max seams to be there average over the last couple years. Stoney creek and Dundas don't have there figures on the league website.

actually, ON has exactly the same rules and regulations as AB. although when you have a payroll like SC, you dont need AP's anyways!!! I heard this past weekend that Stoney Creeks payroll is $3500 per game.

2 Things come to mind from that situation as we were sitting right behind it were. Damn the trainer was slow getting on the ice, then was more concerned with picking up his gloves then worrying about McCrank. Second what were the arena staff think pouring water on the pool of blood making it 10 times larger. 10 minute delay in the game could have been cut at least in half if they just dry scraped it.

No need for that lol. I find it funny that people feel the need to call other teams Fucktards on here its quite funny actually. I actually find all the teams and arenas quite friendly I go to as many games as possible and now that I'm not coaching Hockey this year I'll have even more time to see games on the weekend. Anyone wants to chit chat about Hockey and the league throughout the season you can find me usually behind the net in my red blast Jersey with Johnston on the back at home and away games. Whose the new Stallion, with NHL time, in Brantford? Charlie Stephens is the new guy, has 8 games in the NHL with Colorado Has decent numbers in the AHl and has been in Europe for the last 10 seasons.

I'm guessing they will have a very similar team to last year with a few additions. Not sure can say running out, im assuming the rest of the league has most of there teams signed alread they just don't announce player signings like Stoney Creek does. We will have to wait a few more weeks til the season starts.

So 25 more days til the ACH season kicks off and other then Stoney creek bolstering there line up from last year there arent too many announcements made so far player wise.
Good to see Hamilton and Thorold back for there second seasons.
So far Stoney creek as added 6 players with ECHL or AHL experience and another 1 with Pro experience in Europe. I guess they didn't like getting beat up at the 2016 Allan Cup.

Even though the stands on the sides appear to be bigger the lack of end seating really cuts down the capacity of the venue.

Capacity is listed at 1100 seats and 1500 total with standing room. Dundas is also listed at 1500 so its not any bigger

Figured I'd start a thread about what teams will be playing Senior Hockey next season and who won't be so we can get away from all the name calling in some other threads.
Been a few rumors this season that the Brantford Blast would closing up shop at the end of the year. Doesn't appear that way based on an interview with Blast owner Peter Ham. They are ramping up for there 15th season and Season Ticket packages should be out shortly.
I'll update the main post as teams are thrown into each category.
